Terms of Service
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Toolshed ("the Service"), operated by Rishibha Biyani and Arth Singhal. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Toolshed lets you save, organise and find links to third-party AI tools, and browse a curated directory of them. It is a personal organisational tool. We do not operate, control or endorse the third-party tools listed, and we are not a party to your relationship with them.
2. Your account
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live; if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
One person, one account. You may not share an account with others except where the Service explicitly provides for it.
3. Your content
The tools, categories, tags and notes you save remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display them back to you, and to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership, we do not sell your content, and we do not use your private library to target advertising.
You are responsible for what you save. Do not store anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to store.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: attempt to access another user's data; probe, scan or disrupt the Service; scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others; resell access; or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
5. Free and paid features
Some features are free and subject to limits published in the Service, such as the number of tools a free account may save. Some features, including AI Kits containing prompts and guidance, are paid.
Paid content is licensed to you for your own use. You may use it in your work. You may not redistribute, resell or publish it.
Where payment is taken, prices are shown before purchase. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not apply retroactively to something you have already bought.
6. Refunds
Because paid content is delivered immediately and in full, it is generally not refundable once accessed. If something is not as described, or you cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will put it right.
7. The directory
The curated directory is compiled with care but offered as-is. Descriptions are our own summaries. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and exclusion is not a judgement. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the tools they refer to.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
9. Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes your library permanently. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, ordinarily with notice.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for anything arising from your use of third-party tools found through the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you a different right.
